Know how to retrieve, evaluate, and synthesize information from diverse sources for users. 知道如何为读者去检索, 评估, 及整合不同来源的信息.

Know how to interact with users and provide consultation, mediation, and guidance. 知道如何与读者交流並提供咨询, 仲裁, 及指導.

Know information literacy/information competence techniques & methods, numerical literacy, and statistical literacy. 知道信息素养/信息能力, 数学素养, 及统計素养的技術与方法.
