社会学之“恶”

1955年中国取消了法学与社会学，为什么取消，我敲脑袋摸屁股的方式想，这些年也没想明白。直到今天读到下文，稍稍明白了一点，难道这也算读书的意义？

“社会科学即便仅仅描述事实与效果， 即使仅仅揭示某些机制（例如制造Symbolique暴力的机制），它产生的效果也具有批判性。因此社会学的存在本身便是无法容忍的。任何专制政体从一开始便取缔社会学。他们要求的是实用社会学，这种社会学有助于调解矛盾和冲突，有助于使统治合理化。”
