参考咨询：Qwidget & Web2.0’s Information Literacy

Qwidget (QuestionPoint widget)出来有一段时间了，一直没注意哪个图书馆在使用，今天发现过去曾关注的图书馆（Arlington Heights Memorial Library）已经使用，测试了一下并截图一张，图中此图书馆的参考咨询解答也够复杂的，但却包括了他们所能用到的最主要的方式，如Chat Reference Online、Widget中的Qwidget、IM中的MSN、Yahoo、AIM，只是没有更便捷的Meebo方式，我想是因为已经有了Qwidget便不想再用其他IM Widget了吧！

最近在思考信息素质教育与web2.0的关系，恰好此图书馆也推出了一个类似的培训计划，名称为A Baker’s Dozen – 13 Web 2.0 Technologies，诚如目标所说：图书馆将介绍MySpace, Facebook, blogs, RSS and YouTube等各种web2.0的技术与工具，每月都有主题与工具介绍。第一个主题已经出来为Lesson 1: Blogs，这个信息素质教育的平台本身就是一个基于wordpress构建的博客！
