2.0是一个环境，更是一个过渡的环境，在一个环境中认识自己，关乎对环境和对自己的认识。每个人做事都会有一定的“驱动力”，有外部的也有因部的，2.0环境下如此，将来的图书馆发展环境也如此。
笔者在杭州会议PPT上有一小图，算是自己部分人去寻找驱动，尽管不全面，但毕竟是去找了，尤其认为最终是否落脚在“问题驱动”，似乎是真症结……
